As of April 1, 2020, GCM Management company has been hired by the Canyons Community Association to assist in the management of the HOA. This includes collection of HOA and initiation fees (including fees at the time of closing).

Realtors may request all closing paperwork and estoppel letters from GCM via www.homewisedocs.com.

Also, all closing docs, checks and paperwork can be mailed to GCM's main office in Loganville. Please use this in place of the previous Canyons Community Association PO Box.
